Brett grew up in the Keys so he is an experienced boater, knows the waters, understands the community, and offers his customers personal knowledge of the area's history and growth. For more than 25 years Brett has been a licensed real estate salesperson and was also a licensed mortgage broker. Throughout this time, he has worked as a real estate agent, mortgage broker and mortgage loan officer in residential real estate in South Florida.
Rebecca, Brett's wife, also grew up in Islamorada and moved back after earning a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing and Journalism. She graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA and also attended graduate school at Florida International University for writing. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and has 20+ years experience as a marketing manager, graphic artist, web designer and writer.
Margo, Brett's mother, first visited the Florida Keys to fish when she was only 20 years old, and she bought her first house in the Keys in the 1970s. Margo has 35+ years of real estate sales experience and has consistently listed and sold millions of dollars worth of Florida Keys property annually. Throughout her career, she has successfully closed residential, commercial, multifamily and land transactions.
